SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
The delivery time depends mainly on the type of order:
Sunglasses: 48-72 hours
Non-prescription glasses: 48-72 hours
Prescription glasses with your prescription: 7 days.
Shipping is free for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
For orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the cost is 5 euros.
For orders from other countries in the European community, shipping is 15 euros.
Products can be returned or exchanged fifteen days after receiving them as long as they have not been used and are in perfect condition.
All accessories that have been sent and want to be returned must be returned.
There are two return options.
One is that the client is responsible for the shipping, in this way the imported payment is returned in full, or that he or she write to us at info@archywelfare.com and request a pickup at the desired address and we will manage the reception. of the product. In this way, upon return of the purchase, shipping management will have to be restored.
All of our glasses have a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defects in both lenses and frames. We do not cover breakages or damages due to accidents, or scratches to the lenses. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@archywelfare.com
If you have suffered any accident and the breakage is not covered by the warranty, please contact us through info@archywelfare.com. We have a specialized workshop where they can assess the repair of the glasses. Before any repair, we would send a quote and wait for your approval.
Any change in frame or prescription involves an adaptation period proportional to the type of prescription or the client's needs.
An adaptation period of one to two weeks is considered normal. If after this period you are not satisfied, we will look for the best solution for you, modifying any parameter that your vision required and assuming the costs of collection and shipping. Please contact us at

After a two-week adaptation period, the prescription glasses will be considered ok, and consequently, no further changes or refunds can be claimed.
